No. Dana is Reven's. She gained his abilities like super speed and strength and shadow manipulation, she also has a vampiric side to her. No, Jaylynn got pregant with her during the war, much like Gwen got pregnant with Ollie except Jaylynn's was much more dramastic. Gwen never had a favorite with her children. Dana's was Jaylynn's.

No, but when she turns 13, she discovers everything and confronts her mother. Jaylynn, ashamed, tells her daughter she wants a life for her that she never had. A peaceful exsist. Dana then says something surprising coming from her:
"Life is never peaceful. It is a chaotic and adventurous game with only one life to live."

yeah, Jaylynn never had a peaceful life even after Orochi died. She had to deal with Zavreiss the Colonel, the kidnapping of Ollie, and questionable activities dealing with Kiyomori Taira
